I love the option to sample the perfumes before buying. Some of these perfumes can be pricey and it saves me the hassle of having to return a product I'm not fond of. My skin is sensitive, so this is also helpful to weed out what won't work for me. It's a fun process to experiment with different scents and you get a decent amount tester.

This sample program is a really great way to try some things before you make a commitment to buy full-size products. It has saved me lots of money on things I wouldn't have been happy with had I bought without trying, and also has hooked me on some products I didn't originally think I would love, that I ended up loving! My one complaint is that once you add a sample and realize you added it in error, or decide you don't want it later you can't delete it. (At least I couldn't figure out how to) you just have to keep adding other items until the item you didn't want doesn't appear on the list anymore. Otherwise this is a great feature from SBL- I also love that you get $10 off on future purchases!

I adore the sample program and use it pretty often. Thank you for offering this, because it's allowed me to try some things I wouldn't splurge on out-right and introduced me to some amazing products. However, it would be very helpful if, while compiling your kit you could see the full name and color of the product, and also if you could edit the list while you're making it. Sometimes I'll put a few things in, go back to check and wonder if I've added the right thing, because all you can see is the code. Also, I've changed my mind about things at times, and you can't just delete that item and add a different one. It's kind of a pain. If you could fix those issues, this would be flawless!

This is a great idea but.....It's just a tad too expensive. You only get $5 towards your next purchase, it should be $10. Also, one of my samples leaked, so I couldn't even try it:(

We wish we could offer more, unfortunately the cost of our sample program, hand making the samples and purchasing the products and supplies to make them from, is still not covered by the $25 fee we charge for them. It's quite an expense for us as a company but really enjoy being able to offer it, being beauty fanatics ourselves, and knowing how helpful it is to be able to try a foundation or perfume before buying it. In order to continue to offer it unfortunately we cannot reduce the cost or increase the voucher amount.

I love that Spirit Beauty Lounge has so many samples to choose from! I have ordered 2 sample packs, and they both promptly arrived neatly packaged. Also, I called before I ordered my first sample pack, and I received excellent assistance in choosing products to try for my skin needs. Great pack-wonderful customer service! I will be ordering several full size products from the samples that I tried.

I'm not big on wearing a lot of makeup and knew that I wanted to go the more natural route when planning for my wedding (I'll be doing my own makeup). While I would rather splurge on makeup here than the pricey cost of one makeup application on 'the big day', I didn't want to do a lot of trial and error with full sized products. So, after much research I chose some samples - great stuff! Shipped fast, samples lasted me a few uses so I could get a sense of the product and I ended up ordering the full sized version of a lot of the items that I sampled. If you're not sure, this is a great way to 'try and see'!

I cannot rave more about the custom sample service! Generous samples, shipped so quickly. I have found my absolute favorite products this way. The price is also very fair.

I ordered this a month ago when it DIDN'T ship free and I scrambled and wasted $20 to get this included based on the great reviews. The shampoo samples are generous enough but everything else is pretty sparse and a couple of the items I used up in one use. Be very selective on what you choose to get the most bang for your buck.

When I first received my sampler (in its cute little drawstring bag) I was disappointed in the amount of product I received for $25. This was my first foray into natural products (I'm transitioning my products right now), and I felt like I didn't get much for my money. Once I actually started using the products, however, I realized that the price is extremely fair for the product provided--a little goes a long way! I found this to be a great way to be introduced to SBL stock and will be putting in an order for several full-sized versions of things I sampled!

I really like that I can customize samples to my current needs or interests and try all the latest products without having to buy a full size (which can get very expensive, very fast!). Been pleased with almost everything I've sampled. Great way to see what works best with your skin and what appeals most to your nose. Great company, great customer service for offering this option for such quality, expensive skin care.

I got this kit to try some RMS beauty products. So glad I did! Now I'm ready to buy it all. It is so great to play with the colors and have the time to chose the perfect match this way. Very nice! And shipping was very fast. You guys are the best!

This is truly my beauty obsession! I love to customize my own little beauty samples to my needs. It is so fun picking and choosing which products I would love to test out. I can quickly weed out the products I like and then purchase full size products of the ones I love(which seem to be many of them). The samples come packaged so cute and SBL always put their special touches into the packing. I am so happy I found Spirit Beauty Lounge...thanks to NMDL...

This is a great way to sample which products you like without having a products you didn't want.

I ordered eye and lip color samples for my wedding and have been using them for 2 months with plenty left! The variety of options and size of samples was more than worth the cost.

This is one of the first ways I learned about many of the products on this site. You receive decent sized samples of a plethora of products. I don't know any other company that does this, especially with natural products. I found some of my favorite products this way! :) Money well spent.
