To Use:
In the palm of your hand, dispense a dime-size amount of toner. Apply over the entire face, using only your fingertips. Oily skin types may use the toner in place of Dr. Alkaitis’ Day or Night Crème, to promote a satin-like, shine-free complexion. Makeup may be applied after your skin has absorbed the toner.

Not sure why but the soothing gel is not for me, I might be a bit sensitive to it. I tried the toner though it';s awesome! You just splatter it on your face and it sinks right in. It is truly one of a kind toner, it plumps up your face, and has really good soothing properties. I got two samples of the toner and they lasted me long because I only need quite a bit! Now, off to buy the full-size product.
