Arnica is a staple in my home. Bruises, sprains, sore muscles are just by-products of an active and robust life! My man swears by arnica and goes for it whenever he injures himself - which seems like it can be all too often!
We've had a couple other arnica products in the past and feel the oil based salves work best because they are easiest to massage and work into healing areas.
Also, an added bonus I was not expecting is, the clove makes this salve smell super yummy - like old-fashioned apple butter! Mmm!
