Return Policy

We are a small business and many of the brands we work with are small businesses too! We offer a generous return policy but hope that you will respect that we are much happier to send you samples than have you use our products as samples and then return them at our cost. So please, if you are unsure about a product, chat with one of our Live Product Specialists first and then decide if a sample kit may be right for you. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any merchandise purchase, you may return any item, excluding accessories or samples, within 30 days of receipt, for a full refund, less shipping charges when applicable.  Refunds must be applied to the original payment method used for purchase. You will receive an e-mail confirmation when your return is received and your refund is being processed.

To return an item, simply complete our Easy Returns Form, repack the item in its original packaging, if possible and ship via insured carrier (FedEx, UPS, or USPS Parcel Post) to:

Spirit Beauty Lounge is not responsible for return items damaged or lost in transit.

If you are returning an item because it is damaged or defective or you did not receive the product ordered, we will provide a prepaid return label.

*For security purposes, exchanges are not offered at this time. 

Shipping

Most orders are shipped within 24 hours, Monday through Friday. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday are processed on the following Monday. If there should be any delay in shipment or if a product is temporarily out of stock we will notify you right away via email or telephone. If you order more than one item and one or more of your items are backordered, your in-stock item(s) will be held until your backordered item(s) become available.

Orders are shipped via Fedex or USPS.

*Next Day orders must be placed by 12 noon PST to be shipped the same business day.*

U.S. Ground Shipping is free on orders over $100.00 and will automatically be available at checkout.  Free Shipping is not offered in combination with any other offer unless otherwise specified. Use of discounts and coupon codes may disqualify an order for free shipping.

As part of our green commitment, your order will be shipped in new P.C.W. recycled or biodegradable packaging or in boxes or material we reused.

International Shipping

Items in your order that are designated for shipment to countries outside of the U.S. may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country ("Import Fees"). The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees.

To obtain details regarding the Actual Import Fees, or to obtain documentation or receipts in connection with customs clearance, you may contact the Carrier you select (Fedex or USPS).

Title and risk of loss for the items transfer to the recipient upon delivery to the common carrier in the United States.

If you refuse a shipment, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Spirit Beauty Lounge. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
