Irina started Phoenix Botanicals in 2005 after she apprenticed 3 years with an herbalist. Living in Brooklyn, she loves taking trips to the wild. The name Phoenix has two inspirations: The feeling of being reborn while spending time in nature- like a Phoenix. And a pet cockatiel of the same name.
