Our Policy If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any merchandise purchase, you may return any item, excluding accessories or samples, within 30 days of delivery, for a full refund, less shipping charges, applied discounts, or value-added gift items, when applicable.

How To Return An Item To return an item, simply complete the Easy Returns Form, repack the item in its original packaging, if possible and ship via insured carrier (FedEx, UPS, or USPS Parcel Post) according to the instructions on your email return receipt after completing the form. Return items must be postmarked within 30 days of the date your tracking number shows the order was delivered to you.

Returning Sale or Promotional Items If you chose to return an item from an order which qualified for a promotion, such as a gift with purchase, a discount, or free shipping, the value of that promotion will be removed, causing a deduction in the refund amount. If returning an item which qualified you for a "gift with purchase" offer, please return the promotional item as well, to avoid the value of the item being deducted from your refund. If you chose "Store Credit" instead of "Refund", you will receive the full value of return for the price you paid.

Refunds must be applied to the original payment method used for purchase. You will receive an e-mail confirmation when your return is received and your refund is being processed. Accessories must be returned within 7 days or receipt, in new condition, with all tags and packaging. Samples are non-refundable.

Return Shipping Spirit Beauty Lounge is not responsible for return items damaged or lost in transit.

If you are returning an item because it is damaged or defective or you did not receive the product ordered, we will provide a prepaid return label.
